Moldavite is a type of meteorite that was formed from the impact of a giant meteorite with the Earth millions of years ago. It is a rare green tektite glass found mainly in the Czech Republic and parts of Germany and Austria and is believed to have been formed during the Tunguska event of 1908. It is sometimes referred to as the “stone of transformation” due to its purported spiritual and healing properties. Moldavite has been used since ancient times as an aid to spiritual transformation, enlightenment, and spiritual growth. It is a type of tektite, which is a natural glass created by the impact of a meteorite with the Earth’s surface and is green in color, made up of silicon dioxide and small amounts of other elements such as aluminum, calcium, and magnesium. Moldavite is said to have been used by ancient civilizations such as the Celts and the Egyptians in rituals and spiritual practices. It is often cut and polished into jewelry and is used in spiritual practices, rituals, and healing work. It is believed to be a powerful aid for manifesting one’s intentions and for manifesting spiritual growth.
