Pieces are handmade per order and can take up to 10-14 business days to complete. If your order has not shipped after 14 business days please contact us for more information and an updated shipping time. Delays are normal due to the nature of the items made. Crystal can break and chip in the process as well has human error mistakes causing a delay.
